We strive to process and ship orders quickly, within 24-48 hours of placing the order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. When you receive the email with shipping details, you will find detailed tracking information so you can track the status of your order.

We always strive to deliver your parcel within 3 to 6 business days (Not included the 1-3 Business days of processing). More information about delivercan be found on our shipping page.

Returns are processed as quickly as possible, starting with the shipment from your post office to a consolidation centre and then to our warehouse for inspection.

Refunds are paid via your original payment method, which usually takes 7 working days.

You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed and the refund has been paid.
